Course Curriculum

Course curriculum has been designed in consultation with experts of hospitality industry, senior
academicians of UGC and Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council of India (THSC). This course 
curriculum has been approved by NSDC and THSC and is aligned with new B.Voc guidelines of 
UGC. All skill subjects are aligned with National occupational Standards (NOS) based Qualification 
packs (QP) of NSQF.
Course curriculum includes: 

General Education subject
Language : English and French
Hotel Laws, Hotel Economics, Organisational Behaviour
Management Accounting, Organisational Behaviour
Human Resource Management, Hotel Engineering,
Customer Relationship Management Systems
Research, Methods & Statistical Techniques

Skill subjects
F&B Service – Steward,
Facility Supervisor
Catering management,
Outlet Management

 


   Physical Infrastructure
   Situated in education valley of Udaipur, within campus of Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. Very well connected with public transport system,    day and night. State of the art industry simulated labs for practical classes of room attendant, housekeeping, food & beverage steward, bar    tender front office and hotel engineering. Departmental as well as university library filled with collection of domain as well as value added    subject reference books Large computer lab with broadband and WiFi campus

 

   Manpower Infrastructure
   Institute is being managed by a team of young and educated professionals who have hands on experience in the sector of skill development    with academic excellence. Executive committee of the institute consist of experienced senior staff members (dean and director level) of the    university and hospitality industry expert. Teachers and Trainers in the institute are qualified, experienced and trained as per UGC, NSDC    and THSC norms. These faculty members includes personals from IHM with industry experience of 10 to 30 years. Visiting faculty includes    personals from IIT, IIM, IHM and representatives of hospitality, catering, travel and tourism industry.
