All fees and deposits except the University Semester examination fee will have to be paid at the time of admission. The University Examination fee will be collected on receiving the notification from the University. Eligibility / Enrolment fee is payable by the candidates on migrating from Universities other than the J.R.N. Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed-To-Be University).

The Students admitted to the M.A. Part-I & Part-II classes must pay fees and attend classes right from the first day of the session. Those who fail to pay fees or attend classes on reopening day will be fined Rs.25/- for the first day and Rs.10/- for each day of absence. Students will not be admitted in any class without payment of all fees. After unauthorized absence for two weeks students name will be struck off the rolls. The readmission will be at the discretion of the Principal/Committee members.

Living Expenses Living expenses in Udaipur for an academic year of ten months will come to about Rs.30,000/- on the basis of an average expenditure of Rs.3000/- per month. In the final year each student will need to spend an additional amount of Rs.2000/- or so for the typing and binding of his/her project report. Campus, study tour etc. when arranged will be at the student's expenses.

Parental Obligation The parents/guardian will have to certify that they will be responsible for the discipline and good conduct of their wards in the School / Hostel / Town and will be in a position to support them financially, they should remain in touch with the Principal regarding the progress of their wards.

Scholarship The School does not provide any financial assistance to the scholars. However, students are eligible for the Government of India and Government of Rajasthan Scholarships, which are available to various categories of students.

Library The School Library has about 13,000 books and a large number of journals, reports and other documents. The collection represents a very useful and complete working library for staff and students. About 50 important Journals and Periodicals in Social Work as well as related fields are received currently. Books in Hindi are also available.

Computer Lab There is computer lab in school permission through which students can develop their skills applications of computers.

Personality Development The school tries to develop personality traits and desirable skills in students to take up challenging opportunities in different fields such as Human Resources, Rural Development, Health, Gender Issues, Welfare, Empowerment, Exclusive Development corporate social responsibility (CSR) Human Rights etc.
