मैं विगत 22 वर्षों से सरस्वती देवयन्तो हवन्ते के पूजारी जन्नूभाई द्वारा स्थापित एवं विकसित राजस्थान विद्यापीठ (डीम्ड टू बी) विश्वविद्यालय में कार्यरत हॅू विद्यापीठ विश्वविद्यालय ही नहीं उससे भी कुछ अधिक है जिसे परिभाषित करना कठिन हैं।
The Course Curriculum has been designed in consultation with experts in the hospitality industry, senior academicians of Universities and Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council of India (THSC). This course curriculum has been approved by NSDC and THSC and is aligned with new B.Voc guidelines of UGC. All skill subjects are aligned with National Occupational Standards (NOS) based Qualification packs (QP) of NSQF.
Course curriculum includes:
Languages : English and French
Human Resource Management,
Organisational Behaviour, Hotel Laws,
Research Methods, Statistical Techniques,
Hotel Economics, Management Accounting,
Customer Relationship Management Systems,
F&B Service – Steward (NSQF level 4)
Bar tender (NSQF level 5)
Captain (NSQF level 6)
Outlet Management (NSQF level 7)
Fundamentals of IT
Hotel Engineering (non credit)
12th pass in any subject OR 10 + 2 years ITI
One year Diploma in F&B Service holders can enter directly in third semester through a short term bridge course.
Rs. 30,000 per semester (scholarships available)
Through a network of 100 + industry partners, IL&FS skills have widest outreach of placement in hospitality and catering industry in India as well as abroad. More than 50,000 candidates have been trained across 50+ IL&FS Institute of Skills across the country and placed with leading brands of hospitality sector.
Every student shall be placed in five-star hotels or equivalent motel, quick service restaurants, food joints, F&B chain, catering organization, etc
All successful students shall be offered placement by campus placement cell in five-star hotels or equivalent hospitality organizations with best industry remuneration across India. Students would also have a chance to be placed overseas in the same industry.
